The Partners in Pollution Prevention (P3) project is jointly sponsored by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension and the College of Engineering. Staff, students and personnel from agencies such as the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality and not for profit groups such as WasteCap also provide assistance to the interns.
Facilitating the project are Environmental and Technology faculty Drs. Bruce Dvorak, Wayne Woldt, Dennis Schulte and Mohamed Dahab. Assisting are staff members, Program Coordinator Stacey Hawkey, Intern Project Associate Valdeen Nelsen, and Project Assistant Bonita Delhay. Also assisting with the program are Graduate Assistants Hunter Flodman and Chris New. Chris serves as the Engineering Intern Manager at WasteCap Nebraska through a collaborative agreement with the P3 program.
